First, understand the structure of white ink heat transfer: it is composed of printing film and heat transfer film. The printing film has PET film, anti-slip back coating,
pressure release layer and ink absorption layer. The DTF film has color ink layer, white ink layer and glue powder layer. Color ink and white ink are both water-based materials and contain a lot of water. The glue powder layer uses resin materials that contain oil. The ink needs enough time and temperature to dehydrate and dry during printing. Oil, water return, and bubbling are all caused by the water in the ink not being completely dried.
How to solve:
1 Before changing the ink, you need to shake the ink thoroughly to prevent the ink from settling.
2 (1) Adjust the temperature of the equipment and start the front and back heating of the printer in advance.
(2) Increase the oven temperature appropriately.
(3) Slow down the drying speed to allow the material to stay in the drying oven for more time to fully dry the water in the ink.
3 Pay attention to the environment. The humidity in the air is high on rainy days, so you need to keep the room dry and dehumidify. You can also preheat and dry
the printing film and ink before printing.
