Precautions for printing self-adhesive vinyl
1. Printing equipment environment: It is recommended to use a sealed dust-free workshop, the workshop temperature is kept between 18℃ and 30℃, and the humidity is kept between 50%-70%; too low temperature will affect the fluidity of the ink, causing the nozzle to be blocked or the ink to be cut off; too much humidity will cause the surface of the car sticker to be wet, affecting the ink adsorption.
2. Before printing on the machine, please check whether the material quality is intact and pollution-free, whether the printing equipment has any faults, and ensure that the anti-static ground wire is connected intact; then turn on the machine to set the printer step speed and curve parameters to match the car sticker.
3. Turn on the printer heating system to keep the film surface temperature uniform during printing. It is recommended to control it within 35℃ to 40℃; during use, wear soft and clean gloves when touching the product to avoid scratches or stains on the product surface.
4. It is recommended to do a small screen printing test before printing different batches of products to confirm whether the printing effect is consistent; after printing, do not touch the screen before the ink is completely dry, and it should be placed horizontally to make it fully dry. Wait until the car sticker ink is completely dry before laminating and cutting.
5. Please put the unused product back into the original packaging to prevent moisture from affecting the product performance.
6. After the lamination and cutting are completed, the car sticker can be rolled into a tube for easy transportation; it is recommended to roll the picture outward during the rolling operation to ensure that the inner diameter of the finished product is not less than 10 cm.
